Tech help that comes to you

Your phone, your Wi-Fi, your TV — figured out.

Patient, in-home help for anyone who'd rather not wrestle with technology alone. No jargon. No rush. No upselling.

Flat prices · Same-week appointments · If it isn't fixed, you don't pay.

A visit looks like this

An hour, a kitchen table, and someone patient who explains as they go.

  • 1We sit down with you and the device — no lecturing.
  • 2We fix the thing you called about, then anything else that's been nagging.
  • 3You do it yourself once, with us watching, so it sticks.
  • 4You keep a written note of what changed and any new passwords.

Sound familiar?

The same four sentences, every week.

None of this means you're bad with technology. It means nobody ever set it up around you.

"My phone did something and now I can't find my pictures."Photos · storage · accidental settings
"The TV has three remotes and I only know one of them."Streaming · inputs · sound bars
"My daughter set up my email and I can't remember the password."Passwords · accounts · two-step codes
"I got a message saying it was my bank. I don't know if it was."Scam checks · blocked contacts · safety settings

That's exactly what we're for.

What we help with

Everything that makes a home feel a little too complicated.

Phones & tablets

Make the text bigger, silence the robocalls, move photos off a full phone, stop the battery from dying by noon.

Wi-Fi & internet

The back room that never gets a signal, the router nobody has restarted since 2019, the TV that buffers every evening.

TV & streaming

One remote instead of five, Netflix back on the right input, captions turned on, the sound coming out of the right speakers.

Printers & email

The printer that only works when the laptop is open, the inbox with 4,000 unread messages, email that vanished into spam.

Passwords & accounts

One clear place to keep them, written down your way, so a forgotten password stops being a two-week problem.

Scam safety check

We look at what's on the phone, block what should be blocked, and agree on a simple rule: if it feels off, call us first.

How it works

Four steps, no forms to fill out at a kitchen table.

STEP ONE

Pick a visit

Choose a check-in, a full tune-up, or the monthly plan and pay online. It takes a minute.

STEP TWO

We call you

Within one business day, a real person calls to agree on a day and time that suits you.

STEP THREE

We come to you

We arrive when we say we will, sit down with you, and work through it at your pace.

STEP FOUR

You keep the notes

A written page of what changed, how to do it again, and anything to watch for.

How paying works. You pay online when you book, so the visit is already settled when we arrive — no money changes hands in your kitchen. If we can't fix what you called about, the visit is free. Charges appear on your statement as GULFPORT LOGISTICS LLC, our parent company, so don't be surprised by the name.
For the family

Live three states away? Be the one who fixed it anyway.

Most visits are bought by a son or daughter who can hear the frustration on the phone but can't drive over. Buy the visit here, and we take it from there.

  • 1We call your parent directly and set a time that suits them.
  • 2We show up when we say we will — no waiting around all day.
  • 3Afterwards you get a short note: what was wrong, what changed, what to watch for.

Gift a visit

Buy any visit as a gift. Add your parent's name and phone in the notes at checkout and we'll handle the rest — including telling them it's from you.

Choose a visit to gift

Prefer to talk it through first? Call (727) 653-0995.

Scams are the real problem

Nine out of ten calls are about something that felt wrong.

Older adults are targeted because they answer the phone. We treat that as the main event, not a side note. Every visit includes a look at who has been calling, what's been texted, and what's been clicked — and we set up simple guardrails so the next one doesn't get through.

If something already happened — a gift card, a bank transfer, a remote-access pop-up — call us before you do anything else. The first hour matters.

The house rules

  • No one legitimate asks for gift cards. Ever.
  • Your bank will never ask for your password or a code by text.
  • "Your computer has a virus, let me in" is always a scam.
  • Nobody needs to be paid in advance to fix a problem you didn't report.
  • If it feels off, hang up and call us. We'd rather check ten false alarms.

Questions

What people ask before booking.

Do I have to know anything about my device first?

No. That's the entire point. Tell us what isn't working in plain words — "the pictures disappeared" is a perfect description.

What if it can't be fixed?

If the problem can't be solved in the visit, you don't pay for that visit. We'll tell you honestly what's wrong, whether a repair or a replacement is the better answer, and what it would cost — never as a sales pitch.

Will you try to sell me a new phone or a new internet plan?

No. We don't sell devices or plans and we don't take commissions from anyone. The only thing we sell is time and patience.

Can you come to an assisted living or memory care community?

Yes, with the community's permission. We're happy to coordinate with staff or family first so the visit is expected.

How do I pay, and what shows on my statement?

You pay online by card when you book. The statement shows GULFPORT LOGISTICS LLC, our parent company. Nothing is charged at the visit itself.

What's the monthly plan for?

For households where something new breaks every few weeks, or where family wants a standing check-in. Two visits a month plus unlimited phone help, cancel any time.

Are you insured and background checked?

Yes — background checked, and we carry liability insurance. Ask for details and we'll send them in writing before the first visit.

Not sure yet?

Have us call you instead.

No card needed. Tell us who it's for and what isn't working, and we'll ring you back the same day to talk it through.

No card, no obligation, no sales pitch.

Someone patient, at your kitchen table.

Book a visit online in about a minute, or call and we'll sort it out together.
